2009 Exhibitor Information

We are delighted that you are considering an invitation to join us at the 1st Annual Government Revenue Collection Association (GRCA) Conference! GRCA exists to promote the following ideals for all public agencies regarding collecting their own accounts receivable:

  • The advancement of learning
  • The development of standards.
  • The understanding of technology
  • Building a repository of useful knowledge
  • Building relationships within the industry for its betterment.

This is the “Foundation Year” for everyone coming, including you. This is a great opportunity for you to meet those governments who are looking to improve the way they are collecting for their governments. An Exhibitor who wants to market their products and services to help the government learn to improve their collections process is the type of Exhibitor who should invest in this opportunity.

In the current environment of difficult times, providing the best collection tools and services offers governments the best options for them.

Booth Fees

Exhibit packages below include the following:

  • 1, 6 ft. draped & skirted table
  • 2 chairs
  • 1 wastebasket
  • Sign displaying your company name and booth number.
  • Exhibitor listing in printed program (50 words or less)
  • Exhibitor listing on online at the GRCA website with link to your home page
  • Tabletop booths only please.

Tabletop: $700 (includes one booth staff member)
Additional booth staff: $300 per person (maximum of four booth staff members)

Prize Giveaway

Prize drawings will be held on Wednesday, April 22nd during lunch. If you will be giving away a prize, please check the appropriate box on the Exhibitor Registration form and indicate whether you prefer to announce the winner or have a GRCA designee announce it on your behalf.

Attendee Lists

Attendee lists will be made available to all exhibitors 5-10 business days prior to April 20th. The attendee list will contain first & last names, Government name, and city & state, upon permission from attendees.

We offer advertising space in the conference program as listed below. Program size is 8.5”x11”.

Half page: $400

All advertisements must be received by February 6th, 2009  and should be in any of the following file types EPS/TIF/JPEG/PDF, 300dpi.
