2010 Conference Session

Hiring and Inspiring the Right People

The difference between winning and losing athletic teams is a coach who is better at recognizing superior talent as well as better at motivating that talent to perform at its peak. Exactly the same is true for organizations.

In this session, we'll discuss the successful practices of such quality organizations as Disney, Southwest Airlines, and Google when it comes to scouting, recruiting, interviewing, selecting and inspiring staff. We'll share performance data which will document that improved 'hiring and inspiring' practices can improve an organization's productivity by 25% or more.

Speaker: Dr. David Childs, Ph.D.
