To register, please fill out the registration form contained in the Attendee Information packet (PDF) and mail or fax it to GRCA. Phone registrations cannot be accepted. Check the registration discount dates to save money by registering early.

Registration Fees Include:
- Reception and appetizers Wednesday night.
- Continental breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday.
Registration Fee Discounts:
To qualify for fee discounts, payment must be received by the deadline dates listed.
Additional Discounts:
You will receive a 10% discount on your conference registration if three or more people from your organization are attending the annual conference. Registrations must be submitted together.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Conference cancellations, registration changes, and refund requests must be made in writing to GRCA.
- June 1, 2011: Cancellations postmarked by this date will be refunded, less a 25% service fee.
- June 30, 2011: Cancellations postmarked after June 1 but by June 30 will be refunded, less a 50% service fee.
- July 1, 2011: No refunds will be issued from this date
